Justin Davila | VFX Artist

Hi, I’m Justin Davila, a 3D animator with over 17 years of experience turning complex ideas into compelling visual stories. My career has been deeply rooted in the oil and gas industry, where I’ve specialized in creating high-impact animations and simulations that inform, engage, and inspire. Whether it’s visualizing intricate engineering processes or bringing abstract concepts to life, I thrive on the challenge of translating technical detail into clear, dynamic visuals.

My work has been featured on billboards, in international airports, magazines, and at industry-leading conferences—and has earned recognition through awards such as the BHA Lantern Award, AVA Digital Award, and the Telly Award. These honors reflect not only the creative and technical quality of my work, but also the impact it has made within the industry.

I treat each project as a fresh, standalone challenge—tailoring the creative approach to fit the story, audience, and objectives. My focus is always on clear communication and close collaboration, ensuring the final result not only meets expectations but communicates effectively and with purpose.

I primarily work with Autodesk 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Adobe After Effects, combining technical precision with cinematic quality to deliver polished, impactful visuals.
